started in Las Vegas in 2000. Though we are a fairly young company, we
have brought together a professional team seasoned in all facets of the real estate market. Silver State Realty & Investments thrives in

owner, Christopher Beavor, is a corporate broker with 20 years real estate
experience in Las Vegas Valley. He has a proven record of success with Las Vegas real estate investments as well as throughout Nevada. He has
been awarded on many occasions for his achievements on local, state and
national level.
As a Las Vegas commercial real estate development company, Silver State Realty specializes in
seller and buyer representation, property development, investment
counseling , tax exchanges and property analysis.

with the Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas since becoming a member in
2002. Silver State Realty & Investments maintains its position as
