Daniel Marx directs the operations and growth of Silver State Realty & Investments Residential and Commercial Property Management Divisions. As a licensed Broker-Salesman and Permitted Property Manager in the State of Nevada he has 8 years experience in single family, condominium, and multi-family property management as well as 8 years experience in residential and commercial sales and leasing.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and has been with the company for 8 years. Collectively Daniel Marx and the Broker-Owner of Silver State Realty & Investments have over twenty years of real estate property management experience. Daniel most recently completed a lease up of a 200 unit Multi-Family property from ground breaking to stabilization.
